Edwin Wheeler

Edwin Wheeler, born on the 2nd of January, 1920, in the historic city of Meridian, Idaho, embarked on his final journey on October 24, 2025. As Walt Whitman once said, "The powerful play goes on and you may contribute a verse. What will your verse be?" Edwin's verse was one of unwavering kindness, resilience, and a life lived with the gusto of a man who knew the value of every fleeting moment.

Edwin had an innate ability to touch the lives of those around him with his gentle wisdom and a twinkling sense of humor. He was a man of few words, but when he spoke, his words held the power to change the course of conversations and often, lives. His strength of character was evident in the way he faced the challenges life threw at him, always with grace and an unyielding spirit. He was a beacon of light in our lives, his legacy a testament to a life well-lived.

Edwin leaves behind a void that can never be filled, but his memory lives on in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him.
