Boise, Idaho
It is with a peaceful heart that I, Christopher Mack, also known to many as Winnie, bid this world adieu. Born on the 15th of February, 1941, in Schenectady, NY, I was fortunate enough to call many places home, from Decatur, Georgia to most recently Boise, Idaho. My life journey, however, has been not just about places but the people, tasks, and beliefs that enriched it. My faith, being a Roman Catholic, has always been the beacon that guided me through life's many turns.
I was honored to serve as an Eucharistic Minister, a role that allowed me to share my faith and offer spiritual support to my fellow parishioners. The verse from Matthew 25:40, "Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me," was the guiding principle in my life. It led me to be a devoted member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and be an ardent advocate for Veterans Rights. My days were often spent fly-fishing, a hobby that brought me great joy and peace, or enjoying a good cigar, the smoke of which seemed to carry my thoughts and prayers upwards.

erished daughters and granddaughters, named Sarah in honor of their mother. I was blessed with many sisters, each one unique and special in her own way, and my dear niece, all named Sarah. I was fortunate to have my mother Sarah, my Uncle Joe, and cousin Bobby as pillars of support in my life. Not forgetting my Wuthering Heights neighborhood, where I was proud to serve as the best block watch captain.
In accordance with my wishes, a memorial service will be held on Friday, 12th September 2025 at 3:00pm EDT at Your Funeral Home, 1020 N. Hickory Ave., Suite 110, Meridian, Idaho, 83642. My life journey was filled with precious moments gathered over the years. I encourage you all to leave memories and upload photos to the memorial page, as a tribute to our shared times. "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith" (2 Timothy 4:7). Until we meet again, know that my love accompanies you always.
