Chelsea Pratt

–

Boise, Idaho

Chelsea "Chitty" Priscilla Pratt, born September 12, 1941, in the beautiful city of Margate, NJ, and later made her home in Boise, Idaho, was a woman who lived her life by the words of St. Francis of Assisi, "For it is in giving that we receive." Chelsea had an infectious spirit and a zest for life that was unparalleled. She had a heart full of love for her family, friends, and all creatures, big and small, embodying the spirit of her favorite quote from the New Testament, "Do to others as you would have them do to you" (Luke 6:31).

indness, and she lived that belief every day, fostering countless stray animals and volunteering at several animal shelters. Chelsea was a proud member of the Girl Scouts of America, where she instilled the same values in young girls that she held dear. She is survived by Sarah Kravitz, her partner, daughter, sister, niece, and granddaughter.

The light that Chelsea brought into our lives will be greatly missed, but her memory lives on in the love and kindness she spread throughout her life. We will gather to celebrate Chelsea's life on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at 5:00 PM MDT at the Wood River Chapel, 403 North Main Street, Hailey, Idaho, 83333. For those unable to attend in person, the service will be live-streamed at https://my.gather.app/remember/chelsea-pratt.

Chelsea’s life was a testament to love, kindness, and the power of a well-baked cookie. As we remember her, we encourage you to share your memories, stories, and photos on Chelsea's memorial page.
